Foggy reflections from my past rose up to greet me.
A massive wall of portension previously blocking my view steadily crumbled from centermost point.
Sparkling streets of gold beckoned me to enter in.

The weekend is here at Trifecta -
which means I have a better chance of making it through nearly all the readings at only 33 words a piece!
This week’s Trifextra challenge is to come up with 33 picture-perfect words for the image that’s been supplied.
The title of this immediately reminded me of the name of this cult, I dunno why:

hmmm, I believe I see a bell in the image. I could always rename it in rhyme! ha!
What a beautiful vision of what could be. I really like this.
If you ever need company, I’d walk this walk with you. What a wonderfully-imagined and enticing 33 words. Thanks, as always.
I’m sure it’s better than anything we can imagine, Tom – look forward to seeing you there!
I’m looking forward to that beckoning.
I’m sure it’ll be worth the wait.
Cults are sketchy. >__< All that glitters is not gold!
well, that one was at least sketchy enough not to be able to claim the trademark/copyright
This is beautiful Jody! I love the imagery you’ve used.
thank you, Suzanne
don’t go! don’t go!
hmmmm. Good description of passing from one existence to another. http://annbennett2.blogspot.com
I enjoyed the juxtaposition of your two opening thoughts, Ann – but I couldn’t leave a comment on your site.
ooohh… nice use of language!
